• Pitchers and Catchers Reported

    Its started! The 2011 season countdown starts with pitchers and catchers reporting this week.

    I didn’t watch as much baseball as I’d hoped last year, but with the 2011 season rapidly approaching I’m hoping to watch a lot more baseball this year.

    Yes the Yankees season is looking a lot tougher than last years. The failure to land Cliff Lee, and Andy Pettitte announcing his retirement has left the Yankee rotation in rough shape. The catcher position, a lock in previous years, is also looking rocky.

    Adding to the misery, the rest of the AL east has only gotten stronger.

    The tough times are when we pull for our team the most, and this year will be no exception. They play the games for a reason, and that is also why we watch them. You never know what you’ll see.
